We purchased a sectional couch from Baran 8 years ago. It is in perfect shape still and is very comfortable. A year ago, Baran helped me order another sectional for a different room in our house. We love the look and the durability of its fabric (kids, dogs etc) but it isn’t as comfortable as the first sofa we had. I mentioned this to Baran and she asked me to bring in all the cushions and she had her factory replace the down wrap with a newer, softer filler and we are thrilled! We just purchased two swivel chairs for our living room and can’t wait til they arrive. Btw shipping time for custom ordered furniture from Comfort Furniture is about 4-6 weeks while West Elm and Crate and Barrel are closer to 4 months right now.

Just had my couch w/ chase sectional delivered and it is better than expected! Thanks to Fernando for patiently answering my million questions over two days- he was super kind and helpful through it all. The couch is exactly what I needed and customized to perfection. Delivered ahead of time and lower cost than comparable pieces.
